We have a five-stage process to ensure that every details of your event is given our special attention.
We start with a consultation with you and collect all the information about your event and you. Once this process is over, we will present you with a proposal, taking into account what we discussed during our first meeting. Once you are happy with our proposal and signed the contract, we then move to the design and planning phase, leading up to the day of your event, which we will then manage to success. Our final step in the process is a post event review to gather your feedback and consequently help us ensure best practices with our clients. Throughout this process your event will be assigned an Event Manager who will be working closely with you.
However, we are also happy to provide you with a partial service that only involves specific areas of our full service. During our consultation, we will decide what type of service better meets your needs.
